Dr. Lee has trained educators, health professionals, prevention specialists, and the transit workforce on building their processes and capacity to improve effectiveness demonstrations in health and behavioral health settings. She has led multiple interdisciplinary teams to plan evaluations, execute mixed methods data collection across educational, military health, and transportation sectors, reported on program improvement opportunities and outcomes, and facilitated organizational action as a result of evidence. She is a professionally trained evaluator and process improvement expert with a PhD from the Ohio State University in Quantitative Research, Evaluation and Measurement in Education (earned 2007).
